In Photos: Curried Adzuki Homefries and Berry Almond Butter French Toast

Rarely do I, or any chefs I know, cook from exact recipes at home unless we are trying something specific. Here’s my process making a tasty Saturday brunch this morning, exactly the way I approached it. Also, as a follow up to this post, everything in this post came from Costco, except the adzuki beans and maple syrup.First I chopped about a dozen little red potatoes.




Batter of chia seeds, berries, almond butter, almond milk and vanilla

Melting Coconut oil, battering bread

Let the french toast cook longer than regular french toast

Mix Adzuki beans in with potatoes, cook some spinach

Mix Yogurt and maple syrup
